We were lucky enough to get to try the ZENB sample box of their delicious pasta made entirely of yellow peas (with skin). Yellow Pea has been popular in the health and wellness sector for sometime now, thanks to its high-level of plant based protein and iron. However, we have not seen it introduced into the pasta world until now. Fusilli with Red Pepper Sauce
The Fusilli pasta paired excellently with the red pepper sauce. We added parmesan cheese and basil for extra flavour. We were very happy to see how simple and natural the ingredients were, take a look for yourself:

Macaroni with mushroom Ragu
The perfect comfort food for a cosy night in. The creamy consistency of the mushrooms sauce works deliciously with the macaroni and is an equally tasty substitute to the classic cheese macaroni.
Mushroom Ragu Sauce Ingredients:
Ingredients: Water, Diced mushrooms (16%), Onion puree, Tomato paste, Olive oil(6%), Red wine concentrate (sulphites)(4%), Cooked garlic puree, Diced celery, Diced carrot, Dried carrot, Cornflour, Sea salt, Dried celery leaf, Ground black pepper, Onion powder, Lemon juice concentrate, Dried marjoram (0.01%).

Spaghetti with sweet carrot
We chose to pair the Sweet Carrot with the spaghetti as a change from the traditional tomato or bolognese. The sauce is made of sweet carrots (with skin) slowly cooked and seasoned with tomatoes and oregano. We really loved the freshness of this sauce and is perfect to serve on a summers night.
